hi
i have made hotel booking iin Tirupati via makemytrip site. The amount got deducted from my credit card, i have the transaction ID also. I contacted several times to makemytrip customer care number and email ID, nobody responds , I booked on 1st March. Today is 21st March, no update on my booking.
This is frustating. can you please help me?
