Make my Trip Complaint Number: 180215-029038 ( I have Escalated the issue to stage 4 which is Management Escalation team) Each and everytime I call or email they say wait for 48hrs or 72hrs but they do not contact me….

I made an accommodation booking to Bali Indonesia on the 14^th Feb 2018 on makemytrip.com … paid in full an amount of 1,64,304 for 3 families in three rooms… just after paying and getting a confirmation voucher from makemytrip.com there was kids ages wrong in the voucher I called makemytrip.com customer services immediately on the 14^th Feb 2018 to check why this has happened they said it must be a technical error and will sort this out in 48hrs….

I kept calling makemytrip.com since then…. I told them either honor the price I paid for the whole family or refund the money paid as its not my mistake,,, but they said its a Non-Refundable room I booked so cant be refunded… instead they told me I have to pay for the Kids as the kids ages are above 5 years old and I was shocked… I said why should I pay extra when I put correct ages and the booking was accepted…

I contacted the Hotel direct they said if the Child age is above 5 I have to pay extra $20 (USD) per night per child…. I booked for 8 nights and explained to the hotel what happened they said hey are not liable for makemytrip error…

I am a Loyal Customer of Makemytrip and did lot of bookings with them,,, I booked for 3 families and other 2 families are very disturbed as its their first Holiday abroad and they are accusing me of cheating them as I told makymytrip Is asking extra for kids…. I am dejected by this and facing a backlash from them and our family relation and out trip is ruined by makymytrip error…

I got a better price off www.Agoda.com around 4,000 per room cheaper…. but still i booked with makemytrip as i always book with you… but not honoring the price and the correct booking information i am now facing backlash from other families …. they wanted to book with travel agents but i insisted booking separately as would save money…. now they are not happy with whats going on….

when booking i put the child ages correctly .. there is no 5 year old in any of the rooms… then why should i put wrong child ages….

First Room: 2 adults and 2 children (Ages 9 and 6)

Second Room 2 adults and 1 Child (age 9)

Third Room 2 adults and 1 Child (age 7)

Still now i can check the same price and details showing on makemytrip…. there are lot of errors in the Accommodation Voucher

1) Error 1: Child ages incorrect

room one says 2 adults and 2 children .. and the ages says 5,5,5 .. how come there is 3 child ages when i put 2 kids

2) Error 2: third room 2 adults and 1 child … no child ages in the voucher

3) Error 3: i paid thought HDFC Net banking,,, but the voucher says i paid on HDFC Credit card….

Please Help me as makymytrip is not sorting this out and the hotel is asking to pay extra $20 USD per child per night which is an extra $640 USD (4 Children) which is 43,000 Indian Rupees … we are not in a position to pay more and will have to cancel the flights and hotel and claim damages for makemytrip.com mistakes

We are Mentally and Financially Disturbed by this and our family relations are getting worse due to makemytrip error and not solving this… i have told them its simple… go to makemytrip.com and put the kids ages and check the price… but they are still avoiding this and pretending they are right…
