Text of Complaint by Anmol Kumar Verma:

Hi MMT,

I had booked an AC SUV Cab from MMT for my trip (Cab Booking id NC711653847898459) from Manali to Shimla for 1st Jun 2022.
The cab we got was DL 1 RTC 3500 (Driver Name: Kasemuddin Sekh). However, it turned out to be the WORST Cab ride for us.
We learned from the driver that the Cab was from Gozo Cabs.

1. When we asked the Driver to switch on the AC the driver DENIED. The Driver did not switch on the AC throughout the ride even for 1 sec.
2. When we told him that we had booked an AC Cab he said his vendor had asked not to switch on the AC.
3. After our repeated request for AC he said he would Switch on the AC if we Pay him Separately or Refuel his Car.
4. My Wife got Sick after the Ride.
5. He was not a competent driver for hills. We felt unsafe throughout the ride.

THIS WAS THE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MMT AND IT’S ASSOCIATED VENDOR.

We want MMT to Refund the Amount they have charged for the AC and AC service was not provided to us.
