I had booked holiday package at makemytrip for 15th Jan 2022, they had cancelled my trip but still not refund money of Rs 56,106, have raised many complains but they have closed and not refunded any money.

Dear team,
I am Mayank Srivastava, I booked one cab service from Chandigarh to Ludhiana on 19/02/22 AT 04:15PM.
Incident chronology –
Payment made during the booking (1429/-)
Cab details not shared by Makemytrip, only contact details shared.
Cab arrived timely and cab detail – Dzire (PB01B2796)
Car moved around 40 km and 2 car came (one is from front and other is from back)
Car stopped from the speed limit 80km/hr (sudden break)
Around 10 person cameup and start fighting with car driver.
Then I moved out from the car and asked for reason then got to know that he doesn’t paid EMI timely to bank.
They belong to goons from Bank for collection.
I requested goons that I am tourist so pleas leave us and you also come to drop location if you want. (to ensure this car doesn’t go anywhere)
Goons agree for that and after 30mins we moved from there (highway)
After 5 mins of cab movement, one goons came inside to our car and he vigorously moved to one go godown near by which is 500mtr away from highway.
Immediately I connect with Makemytrip team, communicated all the details happened to me.
He ensure he will get touch with vendor and resolve the issue.
Approx. 15 t0 20 no’s of goons already standing there in godown , I was with my family (wife and 3 year old daughter)
No one is behaving good and no one is trustful in that situation. Your vendor is saying she will arrange the car in next 5 mins.
I was there more than 30mins, no cab came to pick up. Then our driver says “sir, you please go from here, cab will come after 2 to 3 hr., its not safe for you and your family”.
I have 4 luggage with me, so around 500mtr we walked with so heavy luggage.
No one giving lift to us and there is no Ola/ uber facility in that particular location.
One gentleman stopped his vehicle and drop us to near by taxi stand.
Meanwhile I got call from makemytrip, he connected to vendor partner. Her all statement was wrong and same was seen by your customer care representative.
As per your vendor partner, I was with her cab and all problem was resolved but after asking for pic she doesn’t even provide. As I was in different vehicle.
I paid 2000/- to taxi driver after this incident and reached safely to my location.
But this was a bad experience I faced with makemytrip.
Even after 14days gone, I did not received solution from makemytrip. As per your commitment i supposed to get solution in 3 days..
I hope no one will suffer from this situation, where I gone through. After this incident I am not using makemytrip.
Expectation from your side –
Vendor should be blocked so that in future your brand name will not destroy.
Return my money (1429+2000 = 3429/-)
