I have bookd ticket with booking id NR7200241256060896 PNR 6157367841 journey booking assured trip guarantee for which I paid premium amount Rs 1500,train ticket didn’t get confirm from irctc & I haven’t received promised 3x refund yet. Kindly look into the matter and process . There is no way to contact make my trip customer care via mail or phone.IVR facility provided by make my trip customer support doesn’t have any response.
