- On 14th oct 2020 i was doing a flight booking on make my trip app frm Delhi to Mangalore whr i did the booking through my google pay app. The transaction was successful but whn it went to the mmt app it showed me a message tht “there was a technical difficulty plz try again”. To my foolishness i tried again and it was the same result. Tice frm my acc around 7k was deducted but the mmt app just kept on saying tht there was a technical difficulty. Its been over 24hrs and the company dont evn have a human on the other side of their customer care service ??♂️. No response frm thm evn aftr writing a mail just an answering machine again.
- Plx i request the consumer care to take actions as quickly as you can since it is a huge money deal for me.
