Make my trip owes me a refund of Rs. 54,205 on account of flight cancellations due to the ongoing pandemic. The refund is outstanding since October 2020. I have raised the issue with MakeMyTrip multiple times, they promise to refund the amount in 3-4 business days but I never received the refund.
Now its impossible to get in touch with them as their automated system disconnects the call within a minute of requesting to speak with their advisor. And they do not have any online complaint form.
I do not how to reach them to get my refund. Please help.
