Pls refer subject booking ID where in the flight got cancelled and thus I hv been advised that the refund is processed and will be credited to my original payment mode. I also trusted you guys but to my surprise the refund has still not been received in my account.
I have been calling nd writing mails to support team nd recently written to CEO but no reply. Pls help me in getting the money
