I booked a flight ticket for me & my family on 19 Dec 2019 for my journey on 16th April 2020 from Pune to Delhi, & return on 25th April 2020.The flight was automatically cancelled by the Go airline due to the pandemic reason. And when the airline refunded for the cancellation the amount was refunded to my account in MAKE MY TRIP and when I tried to transfer the same amount to my Bank account the make my trip company didn’t refunded it to my bank account. make my trip is a fraud company it’s been playing with so many innocent customers in this time of pandemic. And I tried to contact through customer care number and customer care email but no any reply
