With utmost disappointment after repeated calling and mailing I am mentioning my complain here that it has been more than 25 days I have lodged a service request and still nothing has been done.
On 16th of December my daughter faced issue in opening “VOOT KIDS” and I found subscription of Voot Kids was expired along with some other OTT APPS like SONY LIV, HOICHOI, VOOT SELECT, VOOT KIDS, AMAZON PRIME etc. So I lodged a complaint on the very same day.
And after 24 hours when the issue was not resolved thereafter whenever I called the customer care I had to hear “Within 24 hours your problem will be solved, our backend team is working on it.
And I also heard that if the issue was not solved within 24 hours then its to be considered that our team is still working on it. WTH! Then why the 24 hours timeline to solve the issue? And if the issue escalated further then why its not been solved still now?
After 8 days issues in other apps were solved but Amazon Prime issue was still not been solved.
And even in mail I got reply that “There was gaps between 2 recharges. So, the subscription deactivated.” I provided proof my giving them screen shots of Recharge History in MyJioApp and still every communication are in vein.
I had opted for a (999) per month plan in which 11 OTT apps are free.
Is anyone there who can solve my problem? Or can anyone tell me what will be the maximum time to solve the issue? 9 days, 99 days, 999 days or 9999999999999999 days?
