I have made a flight booking from Chandigarh to Delhi on 8th of July 2020 from Make My Trip, but the flight was cancelled by the airlines thus I cancelled the ticket directly with the airlines they said the refund will go back to the Make My Trip and I have to collect the refund from there. I have done a “raise claim” on there website to get my refund for which they told me they will confirm the authentication pf the claim with the airline (GoAir), I already talked to the airline and they said they had already innitiated my refund to Make My Trip. From Make My Trip I got mail, in that mail they said they will authenticate and send a conformation message within 2 days. And if the claim is right(which it is) they will refund the amount within 21-45 days(nearly 2 months don’t know why).
The main Issue is when I call there customer care service an automated computer responses and after all procedure it disconnects the call and tell to go the website for further quarries.
The customer service is very horrible there is no human support and I found the computer automated response to be untrustworthy, non-reliable, frustrating(computer can’t understand the state of situation) and can cause stress to the customer(worrying about their money).
