Due to covid the flight ticket was cancelled and after checking with the etihad airlines – they have confirmed that I will receive the refund and it’s processed – last week make my trip people on twitter confirmed that my refund has been processed and I will receive money soon – but today when I check for status they are saying airlines has not started the process – immediately i reached out to airlines and they confirmed that they have processed the refund and make my trip people already received the funds
I have shared the same with make mytrip and now they stopped all forms of communication no phone, no email, no tweets and blocked everything they cheated me and stolen my 40000 rupees during a pandemic
This is the worstest customer service experience ever and they are literally looting our money
