My Go air air tickets was cancelled due to operational issues by Go airlines and i was eligible to get full refund. Make my trip team needs to fill NCLT claim form B to raise the claim. I have reached out multiple time over email to get update and claim number but they have not provided any information. Attached email conversation and cancelled ticket.
