I have booked a flight from Almaty, Kazakhstan to Delhi, round trip. I booked 5 June, 2023 (Departure) and 15 August (Return) for ₹51168. Then I wanted to change the date from 5 June to 7 June and paid them ₹3924 for date change. They didn’t changed the flight date, but also canceled the departure flight. Now they are only showing me return flight of 15 August. I called their customer care they onwards wanted ₹23400 for flight on 7 June. They told me it was their fault, they said “Automation system canceled the date change and your Departure flight”. Later on I wanted to cancel the flight and take refund, still they want their convenience charge in refund.
