Text of Complaint by Narender:

I have made the reservation through makemytrip in the month of march 2020, but due to lockdown they have cancelled by trip and did not offer me any refund after 8 months I got a email from their employee that I will get the refund of INR 720000 only but I have paid 120000 INR for that package why should I only take 72000 INR as I have Not cancelled the booking after that they are not replying,please help me on it.

Text of Complaint by Riddhi Shah:

I had my hotel bookings which was under Free Cancellation Policy but when I cancelled my booking for some unforeseen reasons, it is showing as no refund applicable. I have the hotel voucher as well which states that by so and so date the cancellation can be done free and full refund will be given. But now they are charging full amount for the same. I want my full refund.
