I have ordered a product from https://make-my-choice.in/ this site on September 11th and till now (October 15) I haven’t received the product yet. My money is lost(Rs. 249).I asked them to refund and also asked about the track Id details. I mailed to makemychoice.store@gmail.com also messaged to the customer care number provided by the site. There is no any proper response from their side. All they just say is “already dispatched and takes time as it is shipment, you will receive it after 6/7 days”. But then, even after 2 weeks I didn’t receive the product. They are not giving the track Id details.
Please do the needful and at the earliest.
I need my money.
