Hello team,
I had booked 6 flight tickets from Flipkart before the lockdown period but the flight got cancelled by the airline due to lockdown. I cancelled my reservation on 6th September and since then various executives of Flipkart have been telling me different stories regarding the refund. I haven’t got my refund and I am still having to wait for I don’t know how many days.
I asked every executive to send me an email stating the date of the refund but they haven’t sent me anything despite continuous reminders. I am getting new dates from them whenever I am filing a complaint.
I wish to file an emotional distress case against Flipkart.
