Text of Complaint by ARPIT GIRIA:

We checked in to Devi Ratn, Jaipur an IHCL Selection on 21/03/23. The hotel counts itself amongst the five star properties but we had the worst experience here. Firstly the hospitality is not up to the mark, as a complementary they provide you with Papads on the table before the meal which were half roasted. Moreover we had called for some roasted peanuts which were stale. Secondly the cart service is soo ridiculous we had called for a cart to go to the breakfast area. As soon as we stepped into tha cart the driver was driving really fast even on the narrow path. There was a steep turn ahead and the driver did not speed down. The speed was such that as we turned ,my mother who was sitting on the side fell from the cart injuring her elbow and knee. Post the incident we had to cancel our flights and rebook it. The price that they charge for the services are not worth it at all.
