I have ordered a necklace on 2nd of august 2023 and i received the delivery on 4th of august 2023 but when i open it it had only a jewellery box but necklace was not in the packet or box, when i complain to amazon customer care they told me to help but they are taking more & more tym on the name of investigation but i have no received any update regarding my order or complaint even i am trying to connect them daily but they are not goving any solution.
I am a middle class person and i cant take a loss/fraud of this amount, i had ordered this necklace for my cousin sister as her wedding gift which was on 7th august and i want to gift her on this special occasion but only because of this mess up i lost my sweetest moment, Amazon screwed up my special day aur ab bhi investigation ke naam par tym liye ja rhe hai main mentally bahut pareshan ho gya hu inhe contact kar karke plz help me
