After miui 12.5.4 update , my selfi and wide angle camera is not working . I visited mi service, after seeing my issue they instantly told me that its main board complaint and many other poco & mi devices are nowadays facing this same issue after update . The price of main board in Pathanamthitta , Kerala is around 12,000 rupees . Since my phone doesn’t have any kind of physical damage the service centre people told me to appeal for a free of cost service since it’s totally the fault of company. But my experience with customer service is very disappointment , everytime they are ignoring me whenever I contact them . Please take this matter seriously and do whatever is necessary .
