Dear apsfl, good evening, for the last few days our apfiber is not working.. when I called Lmo and MSO of our area they replied that there was no mistake on their side. I have been regular in bill payment. And the MSO also told they have already paid all the bills and shared the payment proofs. I have attached the proof of the payment.
I strongly believe that you can solve my problem immediately..we are not able to watch news in tv because of the very hopeless management of apsfl officials. Some times apfiber customer care number simply telling a recorded message”wait till our customer care officer replies” but even after 25minutes to 40min no one replied. For my mails the reply was ridiculous. Even though I explained clearly ..the reply was “what’s the issue..
