After my internet validity expired I recharge total 500rs in airtel thanks app. I check the airtel app and it showed 420 but when I click on 2.5gb(349rs) pack ,the app didn’t show my main balance option in the payment section.i know it’s possible to recharge through main balance because I did it earlier but this time I couldn’t. Also it is showing(sign into network) whenever I turn on mobile data. Plzz help
