I am honey Bhargava using Vodafone no. 9828451986 in which I had balance of Rs 187.54. On 30 March 2020 I had checked balance which was deducted and then main balance is remain 134.54 which means money is deduct about Rs. 53.
I had contact many times to customer care 198 but no response received. Then I had complaint on mail I’d to vodafone he said that it was deduction of any VAS Service but unable to tell which VAS service.
Till date they are not reverting me. I need solution. They are trouble me every day by this type of money deductions. Today again money was deducted of Rs. 21 after complaint they refund that amount but when I was complaint amount previous deduction, they cut the call.
I had dnd on this no. If this is activated then how any vas service activate automatically. Kindly look into this matter
