I had ordered digital voice recorder on cod basis. Upon receipt, defective item was supplied hence returned back asking for replacement. Again the product received was defective hence returned and requested for flipkart gift card. The message says that the gift card is successfully initiated and user id and pass word has been sent to mail id. But till now, no mail has been done received. When called 24 hours customer care executive, he asked to update the mail id immediately.
