Text of Complaint by Subodh Rana:

I am been wrongly billed from last 2 years by MGL. I also once paid 6500 and 4000 as they said that pay this bill and next month my meter will be changed but they tricked me. I was promised that my meter will be changed and I had also received an email about this. When I call the customer care they say everything is fine and they won’t change my meter. When I went to there Mulund office the office guy took a signature on a form saying my complaint will be forwarded to head office but he did fraud, he wrote on the form that I came there for a meter check. I came to know this when I called the customer care they told me that it’s entered in their system that I went for meter check. I don’t know why they are giving me trouble. Even I had received a call 2 years ago that my meter will be changed then suddenly they started saying that they won’t do that. I said them that I won’t pay wrong bill, I will only pay for what I consume. The wrong bill has almost reached 20000. Please someone help me. Their collection guy always say do whatever you want but you will have to pay. They don’t care about anything. I request you please help me
