I ordered a product on 19 Feb and today is 29 Feb but I never received my order. I made an online payment for 207 rupees but my money is lost.. I went website and I try to call customer care but after calling that auto voice recorder start and its say press 1 for known your product enquiry and after that he will say we are connecting to our customer executive but no one receive any call I try to calling last 10 days but no one receiving my call, They Also giving one whatsapp number but that whatsapp number is also fake number.
I am going to the consumer court.
