I have purchased Titanium Pro package from Magic Bricks for Rs 3800/- for selling my property. However, Magic bricks team has been sharing the details of buyers as interested buyers who should interest in my property. But when I contacted them they mentioned that they haven’t shown any interest or visited my property. On further investigation I found that Magic Bricks marketing teams are calling customers to go for premium services for better visibility of property to prospect buyers and tricking them to take their packages. They have been doing the same with all their customers and after purchasing they share fake buyer and seller details on the customer behalf and ensure the seller or buyer is using their credit points.

I request severe action to be taken in this regards and I hereby attach the screenshots of other buyers who faced similar issues with Magic Bricks.
