I made a transition through paytm of Rs 1038 which is still pending after that I raised a query Reference no 174921311 and paytm promised me to credit back the said amount to my Account but they failed to do so .. That particular money was my fee as I am a student and last date is gone now I have to pay extra money for that and paytm is responsible for that
