Text of Complaint by Sourav Mitra:

I have deposited Rs. 50000 towards FD through OneCard App. Creation of FD TAT – 48 working hours. Unfortunately, the same is not done and in OneCard App it I showing “Offer Expired”.

    As per our telephonic conversation, the FD amount is refunded within 7 bank working days(excluding the holidays falling in the interim) as your existing offer has expired.

    We have also responded to your concern over ticket ID: 4309456, please refer to the same and you can always get back to us via the same ticket ID if the refund is not received within the above-mentioned time frame or if you face any difficulties.
