I have deposited Rs. 50000 towards FD through OneCard App. Creation of FD TAT – 48 working hours. Unfortunately, the same is not done and in OneCard App it I showing “Offer Expired”.

As per our telephonic conversation, the FD amount is refunded within 7 bank working days(excluding the holidays falling in the interim) as your existing offer has expired.
