I made online purchase of 6 shoes (order #4439) at keve shop. It’s been 3 months after that but I have not received any delivery. They don’t have customer care number. I sent email enquiring about the same but before covid tragedy, I got a reply that it will get delivered in 7-14 days . I waited for that period but again sent an email asking about position. But no reply since then and then covid happened. It’s been more than 3 months now. So I want to complain about this online shop that they are fraud and I want my money back.
