Text of Complaint by Samujjal Saikia:

I placed an order on Swiggy on 25/07/203 , order Number : 173353137279
Firstly the order showed 40 minutes for delivery and I waited 40 minutes for it after which the order showed as delivered in the app but I had not received the order. I tried contacting the delivery partner but he didn’t receive any of my calls. Later I contacted swiggy support and they said the order was shown as delivered due to some technical issues and will be delivered in 5 minutes. I waited and even after 30 more minutes there was no delivery. I called up swiggy support again and they made me wait 30 minutes again.. Later on after around 1 and half hour of wait they said the delivery partner is unable to deliver the food and then initiated a refund for the order.. I did receive a refund but they wasted 2+ hours of my time and I didn’t even get the food.
I was to submit a case of harassment and time wastage by swiggy.
