Sir on 30th March 2023 at 02-01 pm i made a payment of 7000 rupees through phone pe to a phone pe merchant. The transaction was successful and amount got debited from my account but not credited to the merchant. It’s 37 days over the amount not credited to beneficiary account nor refunded to my bank account. I contacted phone pe support several times, they simply say it was credited to the beneficiary. I shared the bank statement of beneficiary to phone pe support. But still they are not giving any solution
Please resolve my problem
