The red colored LOS light is on so much that I just assume that internet is gone, today also.
Mach 1 broadband is the worst ISP I have ever used. Internet is gone, every day, between 12 PM and 6 PM. Every day. The customer care keeps repeating it will be fixed in 4 hours. I want a refund. This is horrible. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken.
