Text of Complaint by Gayathri Rajendran:

I have ordered cleansing oil and essence from beauty of joseon in maccaron app. I ordered has been shipped, delivery agent called but after that no response.. In app, I noticed bluedart mentioned I’m refusing the order, but in reality I didn’t got any call from them. Later I called they mentioned they won’t delivery to my address, I said I will come to office and pick, then they replied your order is leaked and damaged and provided the photo.. Still I didn’t accepted the product. Contacted maccaron support via email.. Last email they mentioned is they will check.. They are not providing me refund and no responds. I pinged them in Instagram, mailed their support no response.. I don’t know I will get my refund or not. I need file complain on both maccaron and bluedart. For making mental stress.
