Hi, this is Rahul Dubey.
I had lent an amount of ₹5,000 to an individual named Azad Khan on July 2nd, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not returned the money and continues to delay repayment. When I asked him again recently, he responded by saying that he would return the money only when a formal complaint is raised, which leads me to believe he is engaging in fraudulent behavior.
