i have ordered a luminous inverter on june 21 order idOD428421100572341100 which was scheduled to deliver on 24 june 2023. on 24 june i got a call from delivery partner that if u want ur order at your doorstep you have to pay extra or you can collect ur order by coming at our office which i declined and make complaint on flipkart app they assure to resolve my issue by 27 june but yet i did not received any info about my product i have severe electricity cut in my area that’s why i order this and now i am mentally harassed by flipkart.
