Ordered on 21 October 2020 Order# 402-0704797-0859540 Luminous battery and inverter not delivered or cancelled the product 22000rs
I ordered this product on 21st October 2020 in AMAZON online till now I did not receive the product the transction was done from CITICARD ENDING WITH 4783.
I am using citibank card since 15years CITIBANK is very helpful for customers not like Amazon (Amazon is very careless for customers check all call records how times i had called).
I wanted to cancel the order the seller is not cancelling the order or delivering the order nor Amazon is helping to cancel or deliver the order I am fed up with seller and amazon customer service messages to seller is not responding for messages. i sent 3 times
Amazon should take control of all sellers customers are suffering lot they believe in amazon and buy. some 3rd party Sellers are cheating.
The seller from phno 9524121121 his name is DEVRAJ from Shipped and sold by KALAVI GROUPS is telling he cannot cancel the order or deliver late he is telling to contact AMAZON. see wtsapp chat attached.
seller careless he is. and their is no tracking system for product from seller
CUSTOMER CARE when i call amazon they are careless. Seller is careless customers. It is amazon duty to safe gaurd customers from cheating thats why we buy in Amazon.
Please take control sellers in Amazom control so that they do not cheat customers.
Please help me to cancel or deliver the product I will be very happy with AMAZON & CITIBANK
It is hard earned money. I have to pay emi 3800rs to Citibank with interest for 6 months with not getting product delivered which is unfair.
Please resolve the problem. I have attached all proofs bought in Amazon.
Please resolve the problem AMAZON and CITIBANK by cancelling or delivering Luminous battery and inverter to me.
Please make sure customers are not cheated, Please take all sellers in Amazon control like RBI controlling All banks.
Please give importance to this complaint do not take lightly.
