This is regarding my baggage claim.
I was travelling to Europe for my holidays
I had travelled to Spain for my vacation by Lufthansa I had a connecting flight from Frankfurt , when I arrived in Spain my luggage didn’t arrive, I was in Europe until 24th July , and without any new clothes.
I am not sure how is it so difficult for an airline like Lufthansa to transfer the luggage from one flight to another without having them missed.
Its been almost 2months nothing heard about my Luggage also there is no refund process , even though I have send multiple Emails and reminders including their CEO in cc but no response.
