I have travelled with my family in NueGo bus from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. In luggage cabin staff kept my baggage while at dropping it was damaged with powerful grease oil Also, that bus host was rude argued and said that was water in luggage cabin it will dry off in sometime but, that is grease oil it damages both bags and inside items huge loss happens to me
I have reported the same to customer care with a proof pictures and videos of damaged bags & inside items but, no use they simply rejected my request and mentioned that is originated from passenger side.
