Text of Complaint by Amith Babu:

Hello,

Lufthansa airlines lost my baggage while I was on an official trip in Germany-Portugal. There was no support from the airlines and I had to buy basic clothing and another bag for the rest of my trip. Together with the emotional trauma, the lack of customer support from Luthansa made it worse. After 10 days, they returned by bag to bangalore. By this time, I had incurred several expenses as I needed business wear and other clothing and grooming necessities. Lufthansa has a clause in their terms and conditions, which mentions a minimum amount of 1500 euros for delayed baggage claim. I’ve been following up with Lufthansa on their customer relations email and they are not replying. Such companies don’t care any more about consumer inconvenience anymore. Please assist. I can share an email trail of email communication sent to them.
