Sir, today i.e.on 22.02.2020 at about 10 to 10 .30 am I got a phone call Abhishek Mandal resident of west Bengal and told me that I am calling from snap deal you have won Tata car worth of RS.12,60,000/- and he told you need a car or cash.
Then , I replied him I don’t need a car I need cash and replied me that if you want cash you have to pay the charges G.S.T and for winning Certificate to my Account holding Branch for that he given one Number to send Money through Google Pay.Rs.2999 and for G.S.T.12600 after sending that above said Amount .
Again he made a call to me My Manager wants to speak with you for further formalities. Then I spoked to Manager that he is saying again I have to pay the Amount of RS.25200.
then I got a doubt and asked and said to Abhishek Mandal I don’t need any car or cash and just send back my total Amount of RS.15999.through Google pay for that he told that my Manager cannot refund your Amount and denied my phonecall.
after that again I made a phone to Abhishek Mandal he abused me In filthy language and told want to do you can do.
So , please take a necessary action on these fraud People who spoiling the Reputation of snap deal.
