I have Placed order with LT Online Store on 10.08.2020 order #20-21-249866. I have been sending mails to them for every time I send a mail I get automated reply as given below:

Because of less staff we were not able to reply your mails
we are trying are best to minimize the delay as much as possible to
reduce your trouble . We have equipped our departments with more
staffs and with some days your shipments shall be dispatched for
delivery .
There is no option to cancel the order, request for Support in getting my refund
