I had placed an order for a webcam and headset in June 2020 and there were no updates for five months. I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times to cancel my order as I have shifted to another state due to work. On Nov 11, 2020, I got a call saying the product is unavailable so I asked for refund. They said they’ll initiate my refund request. On Nov 12,2020 I received an email saying the product is shipped. I called them again on Nov 12 and when I explained my situation again they disconnected the call. LT Online store
