Hello
I ordered a webcam on the LT online website (Order #20-21-228620). After 4months, they have not refunded the money, or the shipped the product. I tried calling them and emailing them but however they do not respond to either means of communication.
One day, I got a call out of the blue from them, and they said they would refund my purchase. but I have not received any refund after two weeks, moreover they sent a email saying the order status has changed to refunded..
I tried calling them again multiple times as well as emails, to ask about the refund, but again nobody is picking the phone, and no response to emails.
Please prosecute them for cheating customers.
