I signed loyalty 0ackage with Grand Vivanta vacation club. The sales team informed me that it is like a sisters concern of Tata. I paid lotalty fee of 1 Lakh for 10 years validity. The sales team explained me that there is no other fee to be paid including AMC or any other form of fee and also they offered me 2 weeks of additional bonus night stay during negotiation. Later, I got an email from company and it is stated that there is Annual fee of 7000 to be paid and only 8 Nights is given as bonus, when I checked with customer care manager, they said that 2 weeks means only 7 Nights. But I shown them all the proof of sales team’s paper explanation where it is written as no annual fee and 14 days of additional Nights. However, the customer care team not agreeing anything that discussed on table with Sales team. Please be aware and better not to sign package with them. Additional note- It seems Delhi high court already ordered this company not to use TATA name.
