I placed an order for IQOO Z6 44W BY VIVO on 11 /02/2023 as a prime customer with one-day delivery, but I didn’t get my product till now..when I approached customer agents continuously they just said that item already despatched madam it will reach today daily. I am not getting proper answer from anywhere.please resolve my issue and take proper actions against amazon.
