Sir,
Our area Namely Village Dool Tehsil and District kishtwar U.T Jammu and kashmir having 400 households in which 4500 customers having maximum airtel SIM Holders ,After August 2019 all services has stopped working unfortunately after many months 2G services hasbeen restored throughout UT J&K .But in our area the local airtel network speed is too poor even 0kb/Sec .most of the time ,due to this problem we can’t make any call or access any link even in the tense situation of COVID19 Lockdown ,our kids facing too much difficulties in E-learning during the world wide situation of Corona /covid19.
So it is humble requested to your goodself to resolve the said burning issue as soon as possible.
