I ordered I-ball i5-2400 CPU having 1TB+128 GB Hard disk, wifi connectivity and on boards graphic card. But the delivered product was not having all these features and had only 128 GB hard disk. When I reported the case with all relevant Evidences, Flipkart approved the replacement after thorough scrutiny and validation. Flipkart was suppossed to send replacements. But they cancelled the replacement suddenly. There is no positive response from Customer care also even after multiple followups. Flipkart have cheated me by delivering the product of half the value than charged the money for it and is harassing in thereafter by not providing and resolution on this issue.
