With in purchase of 3 months the shoe sole has woren out to extent that while walking on smooth surface gets fall.
After 10 to 15 times of contact (after 30 min. Of waiting call connects) the company by phone, they disconnect the calls , some time says sorry and rejects replacement or servicing saying that it is not manufacturing defect.
